The Benefits of Grapefruit

Naturally low in calories, grapefruit is a great food for the ever calorie conscious woman. Of the two--white or pink grapefruit--the pink grapefruit is sweeter. The juiciest varieties sport thin skins and and are heavy and firm when you pick them up.

You can't lose anything but calories if you put grapefruit on the menu as it's a natural diuretic. High in vitamin C and helpful in weight reduction, it keeps you healthy and thin at the same time.
